Donald Odhiambo Rabala is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public with more than 15 years of cumulative experience advising individual clients, state institutions, and multinational corporations.
His practice spans litigation and dispute resolution, human rights, commercial and regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. Before entering private practice as Partner at Rabala & Co. Advocates, he served as a Resident Magistrate in the Judiciary and as State Counsel in the Civil Litigation Department of the State Law Office, work that grounds his advice in both the bench and the machinery of government.
His training began at Mwaura & Mwaura Waihiga Advocates in Nairobi, where he built a foundation across civil and criminal litigation, conveyancing, and commercial law. Alongside his private practice, he has provided pro bono counsel to organisations including the CRADLE, the Legal Resources Foundation, and the National Student Council for Peace, work that reflects a longstanding commitment to access to justice beyond paying clients.
